Ambassador Program
If you are interested in becoming involved and giving back to the community in a meaningful way, look no further than the EODWF Ambassador Program! Ambassador’s are instrumental in sharing the EOD Warrior Foundation’s mission, educating the people around them, and sharing important resources to those who need them most.
From organizing fundraising events to speaking with local organizations and people in the community, our ambassadors are dedicated volunteers who raise support and awareness for the Foundation in their hometowns and around the country. Social Media
Ambassador
A social media ambassador raises awareness and increases engagement for the EOD Warrior Foundation through social networks. A social media ambassador will be provided with graphics, hashtags, and other items needed to be successful in carrying out the roles of this position.
Event
Ambassador
An Event Ambassador raises awareness and increases engagement for the EOD Warrior Foundation by representing the Foundation and supporting events that are hosted in their area. An Event Ambassador commits to raising $1,000 per year for the EODWF. An Event Ambassador is willing to travel to events on behalf of the EODWF and will be provided reimbursement of expenses for their travel.

A Mission Ambassador raises awareness and increases engagement for the EOD Warrior Foundation by representing the Foundation in a variety of ways and educating others on the mission, vision and values of the EODWF. A Mission Ambassador commits to raising $5,000 per year for the EODWF.
A social media ambassador raises awareness and increases engagement for the EOD Warrior Foundation (EODWF) through social networks. A social media ambassador will be provided with graphics, hashtags, and other items needed to be successful in carrying out the roles of this position.
Requirements
Participate in annual Ambassador training via phone.
Share at least one EODWF social media post per week within their personal social networks.

– At least one relating to EODWF Programs
– At least one relating to EODWF Fundraising Events
Encourage their communities to follow and engage with the EOD Warrior Foundation on various social media platforms.
Conduct a minimum of onefundraiser per year with a goal of raising $1,000. This fundraiser can be conducted through social media or the EODWF online fundraising.
A Social Media Ambassador does retain the authority to speak on behalf of the Foundation following all issued guidelines and talking points.
A Social Media Ambassador does not retain the authority to obligate the Foundation in any way.

Conduct a minimum of one fundraiser per year with a goal of raising $1,000. This fundraiser can be conducted by hosting an event in their community, through social media or the EODWF online fundraising tool.
An Event Ambassador does retain the authority to speak on behalf of the Foundation following all issued guidelines and talking points.
An Event Ambassador does not retain the authority to obligate the Foundation in any way.

Requirements:
Participate in annual in person Ambassador training.
Conduct a minimum of one local fundraiser per year with a goal of raising a minimum of $5,000 (must receive written approval from EODWF before hosting an event).
Serve as a point of contact in the local area for those interested in hosting their own fundraising event.
Coordinate volunteers to assist with fundraising events.
Assist in making introductions and opening doors to new donors.
Keep accurate records and receipts from all fundraising activity.
Complete all paperwork involved with fundraising events within two weeks after the event is finished.
Follow all legal requirements for fundraising and all activities, in accordance with laws of the state the Ambassador resides in.
