2020 White Star WOD (Work Out of the Day) Has been POSTPONED due to the Coronavirus and closing of the local gyms in Jacksonville.

There will be, however, a small group to meet in St. Augustine on the morning of April 11th to ruck and spread awareness of the EODWF and the support we provide to our veterans.
