The Removing the Stigma panel discussion was designed to facilitate an open dialogue on the importance of mental health and the struggles that EOD technicians and their families face serving our country in one of the most dangerous career fields in the military.
The panel discussion centers around an EOD technician sharing their personal story and how they are taking care of their mental health. Experts in the Mental Health field provide relevant information and resources available for warriors and their families and the discussion concludes with an interactive question and answer session with our panelists, followed by food and drinks.
Panelists include Active Duty Army EOD Tech, Alexander Bauld
Dr. Chris Frueh, Author of Operator Syndrome
Rolly Alverado, Transition Patient Advocate
Opening Remarks by Maria Schabla, EOD Warrior Foundation
