We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily enter here, or provide to us via email or other direct contacts from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We do not share personal information with other companies, organizations, and individuals outside of the EOD Warrior Foundation (EODWF) unless we receive explicit permission from you to do so.
EODWF collects the following types of personal information: names, postal and e-mail addresses, phone and facsimile numbers, billing information, and complaint and inquiry information. Our website is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by its visitors. All information is password protected in a secure database that only relevant employees have access to. Credit card information is never stored in a way that gives EODWF employees access to viewing credit card numbers or other data. All EODWF employees with access to personal information are bound to adhere to this policy.
All personal information stored is within an online software, Donor Perfect. Donor Perfect utilizes password protection and complies with all Privacy Shield Principles. Donor Perfect has partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS), one of the largest and most respected server hosting facilities in the world. AWS brings a level of security, scalability, and redundancy, matched by few in their field. AWS is a fully accredited SSAE16, SOC, PCI-DSS level 1, and ISO-9001/27001 certified hosting facility. EODWF processes donations/payments through SafeSave Gateway and WePay, both are 100% PCI compliant processing systems for both one time and recurring transactions.
EODWF will use your personal information for the purpose for which it was submitted such as to reply to inquiries, handle your complaints and process donations or expenses related to program participation, and we will use such information to provide EODWF related communications, such as newsletters and updates.
